Description

A herbaceous plant that can reach heights of up to 10 meters (30 feet). With its branched rhizomes it can form dense thickets of growth. The somewhat woody stem is veined. The elongated, shiny green to greyish leaf blades have a length of up to 2 meters (6 feet) and a width of up to 60 centimeters (2 feet). Leaf blades tear over time. Ideally suited as a container plant or for indoors.
