Wisteria floribunda Rosea is a purple version of the Japanese wisteria. It blooms in late spring and again in September. An easy-to-keep plant that produces many big clusters of aromatic flowers. Can easily be kept in the United Kingdom and most other European climates, as it is winter-hardy, though not evergreen.
Pruning can be done in March. It is not recommended to plant a Wisteria along a rain pipe, as the plant may damage the pipe.
