Passiflora edulis - Passion fruit

Passiflora edulis or passion fruit not only produces edible fruit but also beautiful flowers!

The color of the fruit is purple and it tastes fresh and sweet. It can be cut in the middle, to eat with a spoon.
Passiflora edulis is self-pollinating. Plants produce flowers from the second year.
