As a seller, we guarantee the quality of our products. You may expect each product to meet reasonable expectations. If something is not right, please let us know as soon as possible – we will work with you to find a suitable solution. This statutory warranty is in addition to any additional guarantees we may offer.
Delivery
We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your order safely. Has your palm, plant, or pot arrived damaged? Please send us a clear photo of the damage as well as a photo of the entire plant. Together we will determine the best solution – whether that’s a replacement or compensation.
Your Warranty on Living Products (30 Days)
Is your plant looking less healthy? In many cases, this is due to an unsuitable location or incorrect care. If in doubt, always contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to advise you so you can continue to enjoy your plant to the fullest.
Has your plant died within a short period despite proper care? Then you will receive a discount on a new plant. Since we cannot verify care after delivery, we cannot offer a 100% guarantee. In some cases, it may be wise to choose a different plant that suits you better. To make use of this warranty, please provide a clear photo of the plant and the order number. The discount depends on how quickly the plant has died.
Exclusions – the Grow Pot
A grow pot is intended as a temporary container at the nursery and to keep the root ball intact during transport. Sometimes it may have a crack – this does not affect its function. Therefore, a grow pot is not covered by the warranty.
We always recommend transferring the plant into a (larger) decorative pot. Be sure to provide sufficient drainage.
