Quite hardy spectacular yucca
Almost as hardy as the normal filamentosa so still possible to plant out in most of the Northern European Countries. An attractive plant with dark green, stiff leaves. It can attain a height of 3-4 meters (9-12 feet) and produces plenty of offshoots. It comes from the south-east of the USA and needs very little water. It will take 25 °C of frost.
Protect from the rain in the winter and give it a well-drained soil. As is the case with most Yuccas, it produces spectacular flowers!
