At MyPalmShop we make ordering palms and exotic plants as simple and secure as possible.

How does ordering work?

Our ordering process is fully automated. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and you can choose whether to create an account or check out as a guest.

With a free account you can easily view your order history, keep a wishlist and check out faster. You can also sign up for restock notifications if a product is temporarily sold out.

Payment methods

iDEAL

Pay securely and directly through your own bank, with no extra fees. Payments are received instantly so we can process your order quickly.

Klarna

Pay up to 30 days later. Available from €35 up to €4,000 (subject to Klarna’s approval). Manage payments via the Klarna app or bank transfer.

Credit card

Pay easily with Visa, Maestro or Mastercard via our secure payment partner Buckaroo.

PayPal

Check out quickly without re-entering your details each time. Eligible purchases benefit from PayPal’s Buyer Protection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive the exact plant shown in the photo?

Our photos are representative and show a typical plant from our range. As living products, plants may differ slightly in shape and size.

Can I get a photo of my specific plant?

Unfortunately this is not possible, except for plants worth €250 or more outside the growing season (Sept–Feb). Please contact customer service for this option.

Can I reserve plants?

It is not possible to reserve plants.

Can I change my order after placing it?

It is unfortunately not possible to change an order once placed.

Will I receive a track & trace?

Yes, you will receive a track & trace link by email once your order has been shipped.

Can I choose a delivery date or time?

Unfortunately it is not possible to select a specific delivery date or time.
