Yucca gloriosa - Beaked yucca
Yucca gloriosa is an attractive Yucca with dark, stiff green leaves. It forms a stem, can be 1-1.5m (three to four feet) high and produce many branches. The plant is native to the southeastern United States and requires like almost all yuccas relatively little water. As almost all yucca species it forms magnificent inflorescences.
This plant is hardy to -25C, but needs light rain protection in the winter and a well drained soil.
