Cordyline australis Red Star - Cabbage tree

This variety of Cordyline is slow-growing. It is ubiquitous in New Zealand in diverse environments: swamps, river banks, forests, etc. Each branch produces splendid evergreen rosettes with purple tones.

In summer, large panicles of fragrant white flowers appear, and in autumn, round white fruit. Protect from the first frosts of winter!
