Chambeyronia macrocarpa, or also known as the Red leaf palm, is new in cultivation and much sought after due to its red leaves. Grows up to 20 m (60 feet) in height high in the New Caledonian rain forests. It's reasonably easy to care for. The new leaves are a spectacular rich red, slowly turning green.
