Description
Sciadopitys verticillata Sternschnuppe is a slow-growing dwarf variety of the popular Umbrella pine. It is cone-shaped with thick green needles that can reach a height of 250 cm. The growth rate is approximately 10-20 cm per year. The trunk is brown, the cones are brown-green.
Dwarf umbrella pines are fully hardy and can be placed in both sunny and semi-shady locations. Prefers well-drained soil.
