The fruit of the 'hass avocado' is round and has a thick, warty shell. The shell turns dark violet when mature. Each fruit weighs between 140 and 400g. The flesh of this fruit is green and particularly creamy, almost buttery! Its aroma is full-bodied and intensely nutty.
