We continuously work to improve ordering on our website. It should be easy to order new plants. We try to make it easier by automating as much as possible, so you do not have to do much to place your order. An example of this is our shipping costs calculator. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. In addition, it is now possible to make an account on our website.
 

Your own account

With your own account, you can see your own history. Furthermore, you can keep a wish list of all plants you are interested in, so you can easily find them again when you come back to our site. Your data is stored, so that the next time you order, you do not have to fill in as much. If a product is sold out, it is often possible for us to get it back in stock. With an account, you can 'subscribe' to a product. Should the product come back in stock, then our system will mail you to inform you about its availability. Making an account is free of charge. It is not mandatory to make an account; you can also place a guest order.


If I order plant X, do I get the plant on the picture?
Our pictures are taken by using our own stock. We try to pick a product that can represent our stock. That means we do not pick our most beautiful plant for the picture, but the plant that looks most like all the others. Because of that, the plant you will receive will always be similar to the product on the picture. Bear in mind that plants are living products. They grow and develop, so they can always change over time.

Can I receive a picture of the plants I want to order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to take pictures of plants. We try to make a representing picture of our plants, so you get an impression of the plant you are about to order. An exception can be made for plants with a value of €250,-. This can only be done from September-February. This is not possible from March-August.

Can I reserve plants?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve plants.

Is it possible to edit my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit your order after placing it.

Will I receive a track & trace?
You will receive a track & trace. In addition, you will be informed of any status updates.

Is it possible for me to choose my day and time of delivery?
