Liriope muscari Big Blue is known as the big blue lilyturf. It is an ornamental grass commonly used as a ground cover or solitary plant. Blue lilyturfs produce purple-blue flowers around July to October. The green leaves are great to cover a larger surface. Their height is about 40 cm with flowers or 25 cm without. After the flowering, small black fruits appear all the way until winter. This strong plant is getting increasingly popular due to its appearance and easy maintenance.
