As soon as you feel that winter is on the wane, go out and remove that winter packaging from your sensitive plants, let them 'breathe'. Strangely enough, this is the time of year that most palms get damaged; try to avoid them experiencing too great a varation in temperature between day and night. From mid to the end of March you can start administering slow-release fertiliser.

In placing an order at myPalmshop.com, you agree to be bound by the general terms and conditions of myPalmshop.com.
MyPalmshop.com reserves the right to periodically change its terms of delivery and payment.
We request that you inform us if there are any inaccuracies in the information given to you by myPalmshop.com. You should also inform us about any changes and/or inaccuracies in the information you have given to myPalmshop.com.
All plant prices are including 6% BTW, the prices of all the other articles are including 19% BTW. All prices are given in euros.
Delivery
After your payment has been received by myPalmshop.com, the goods that you’ve ordered will be delivered to you. All goods are usually in stock, however, on occasions where demand is such that we cannot supply immediately, my Palmshop.com will inform you about it and will hold your order. If a subsequent delivery eventually is no longer possible, myPalmshop will inform you about it and your order will be cancelled. In some cases we will sent you a substitute article after having consulted with you. All mentioned delivery times are only an indication and cannot lead to any rights or liabilities. You can check the current status of your order on our ‘Order status’ page.
If you have received goods from myPalmshop.com that you have not ordered, you should inform myPalmshop.com of this as soon as possible.
Cancelling, returning, and exchanging
After you have placed an order, you may cancel it within 7 days after having placed the order, on condition that the order has not yet been shipped. In case the order has been shipped, you may return the goods within 7 days after having placed the order. Shipping costs will be paid for by the client.
If you would like to exchange an article, you may do so within 10 days after the article has been shipped to you. First you should return the article that you would like to exchange to myPalmshop.com. After we have received the article, we will send you the replacing article. Shipping costs will be paid for by the client.
MyPalmshop.com takes great care in selecting high quality products. We also have a high standard in packaging and shipping. Should you in spite of this, receive a damaged or incomplete article, you should inform us about it within 48 hours after receiving the article, by sending an email to info@mypalmshop.com.
MyPalmshop.com may then, after consultation with you, send you a replacement article. Shipping costs for returning the article that has to be replaced, will be paid for by the client.
Contribution to delivery costs
In order to get goods ready for shipment, as well as for checking and delivering your order, you pay a contribution to the costs. The amounts mentioned on the website are guidelines. The measurements and/or weight of the ordered article can cause the real delivery costs to fall into another tariff category, in which case we reserve the right to renegotiate these costs with you. We may also contact you with regard to large orders with a view to discussing alternative transport means to reduce the cost for you.

To pay for your order, you can use one of the following means of payment: by bank: accountnr. 4534156 at the Postbank, IBAN code: NL40PSTB0004534156 and BIC code: PSTBNL21 (when paying from abroad, choose shared transaction costs (SHA), this way transactions within Europe are free of charges)
By PayPal: an internationally recognized, safe and quick way to pay with your credit card.
